Restitched: Outfit Contest | Wardrobe Demo

Grab your needle and thread, because it's time to curate a stylish new ensemble!

We're introducing a new community contest where anyone can participate and show off their creative skills!

The Wardrobe Demo is now publicly available on Steam for anyone on Windows PC (or Linux with emulation), for free! Although it's a slightly limited version of the full game's Wardrobe, there have already been thousands of stunning Stuffies published!

While many of you have already made loads of outfits in the demo, it's time to flex those creative muscles once again in our official "Wardrobe Outfit Contest". This time, for a very special prize... your very own real-life Stuffy!

We'll offer a custom outfit prompt, and your role will be to create the best outfit in that category. 3 winners will be chosen.

Outfit Prompt:

Design an outfit themed after:

"Custom Superhero"

For example, maybe your Stuffy is a superhero with a signature color combo and their own logo! Can they fly? Are they masked? Are they in their classic superhero uniform, or perhaps a discrete casual outfit with some of the superhero poking through?

Anything goes, as long as it's unique, creative, and fits the prompt!

As a bonus, we heavily encourage you to create an interesting backstory as part of the outfit's in-game description. This is optional, but it shows dedication!

Note: You must create an original character. It cannot heavily resemble any existing superhero or protected/copyrighted designs.

Contest Dates:

The contest begins on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

The contest will end on Saturday, August 22, 2026 @ 11:59 pm (GMT +1).

This means you'll have one month to submit your best outfit!

Winners + Prizes:

We will choose 3 winners to each receive these prizes:

1. Limited Edition Stuffy Plush Toy

   1. shipped to you, if within an eligible country

2. One Month of trixel+ (Patreon) access

3. Featured on the Restitched Workshop

4. Rare 'Event Winner' role in our Discord server

Winners will be contacted through the Steam account that published the entry.

Please ensure you can receive direct messages on Steam. We may also communicate privately through the Workshop listing's private developer comments section.

If we don't hear back from the winner within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and passed to the runner-up.

Contest Rules / Terms:

• Submit only one entry per person.

• Your creation has to be entirely new and fully your own.

  • You cannot take a published outfit and repost it for the contest (even if it was remixed).

• There can be no profanity, violence, copyrighted, or inappropriate content in your entry.

  • This includes the description and title, as well as your Steam username.

• You must publish your contest entry with this exact text in your outfit title: "[WDC]"

• You may edit your outfit until the contest deadline, but not afterward.

• The outfit must meet the given style prompt.

  • For this contest, that's "Custom Superhero".

• The outfit must utilize the Stamps feature in-game.

• The winner must respond within 48 hours after being notified of their winning.

• Your outfit must be published as public on the Steam Workshop.

• Physical prizes can only be shipped to countries currently serviced by PostNL (or our chosen carrier). We reserve the right to substitute a digital prize, an alternative prize, or select an alternate winner if shipping to the winner's location is unavailable, prohibited, excessively costly, or subject to sanctions or import restrictions.

• We reserve the right to terminate the contest at any time or adjust its terms, including without notice.

If any of the above are not met, the entry can be disqualified.

Submitting Your Entry:

You can submit your entry by doing the following:

1. Create an outfit that meets the style prompt: "Custom Superhero"

2. Publish it to the Steam Workshop with "[WDC]" in its title.

   1. For example, your outfit may be called "[WDC] Super Cool Stuffy"...

   2. The outfit must be set to Public/Everyone.

3. Done! Your entry will be counted if it follows all guidelines and uses the proper title.

Remember: You can submit only one entry.
